Uptown Theater Renovation/Addition

This construction included a TIF supported project with the City of Kansas City, Missouri and a private developer.  Rau Construction was selected as the Project Manager/General Contractor for the project and worked closely with architect, engineer, City Development Department, The Economic Development Council and the TIF Commission through the very complex design and construction of this project.  The project consisted of renovation to the existing theater and a Thirty-three Thousand Square Foot (33,000 sqft) addition including Banquet space, Concession areas and Restroom facilities.
