Rau Construction was the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the renovation of this Historic Structure to new state of the art offices for the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce.  The project team was selected through an interview process by the City of Lenexa, due to the once in a lifetime nature of this project and the need to protect this historic structure while complying with the standards set forth by the State of Kansas.
