The Metcalf Bank branch at 103rd & Metcalf was originally designed and constructed 30+ years ago based on a southwest design style. Due to the buildings age there was a need to make the building ADA compliant. Rau Construction had been performing limited repairs to the building for several years. However, due to the nature of the problems and the severity of the issues, a larger, comprehensive solution was required. Rau, subcontractors, suppliers, NSP Architects, and Metcalf Bank all worked as a team to develop a new and modern solution that solved the building's weaknesses, gave a fresh look, and would allow the facility to remain fully operational during the renovation.
