Ellison Apartments
 300 West Armor Boulevard
Kansas City, Missouri

The Ellison Building is a seven-story, stone, brick and terra cotta building consisting of two separate units, constructed in 1926-1927. A local female Architect Nelle E. Peters originally designed this 20th Century Historic Building in the English Gothic style.
Rau Construction Company has taken pride in the renovation of this Building turning it into 68 apartment units. The main entrance bay uniquely bridges the two buildings. The first story of the south facade is fenestrated with round arched windows trimmed with terra cotta cable molding.
