Plaza Steppes Office Building and Garage
consist of over 500,000 sq.ft. of floor area. The Precast
Concrete Garage Structure extends six levels underground
which required the excavation and foundations to be
placed over 100 ft. below grade. The Steel Tower Frame
allowed for a virtually Column Free Floor Plate

Rau Construction Company completed the Granite and
Precast Clad Building on the "Zero Lot Line"
site using construction techniques allowing the
structure to extend to the Property line and
the Edges of the 47th & Jefferson Streets.
