NORTHPOINTE at LAKEVIEW VILLAGE

From 1992 to present, Rau Construction Company has been the negotiated General Contractor for numerous addition and renovation projects for this not-for-profit retirement community working through the director and his committee. The latest projects include the Northpointe retirement facility complete in early spring of 1999.
The Northpointe project consisted of 100 individual retirement apartments, commercial kitchen and dining room, recreational facilities and a central mechanical plant serving this 180,000 sq.ft. state of the art facility.
These projects require detailed planning and the sensitivity to elderly residents needed to perform substantial work in and around a long term care facility with the minimum disruption to the residents and staff in the surrounding community.
