Rau Construction Company has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with the family of Jay Wolfe Dealerships. Over the past three years, Rau has constructed four totally new dealerships including Jay Wolfe Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep in Lees Summit, MO, Jay Wolfe Toyota, Jay Wolfe Saturn and Jay Wolfe Nissan at Tiffany Springs Parkway in Kansas City Missouri. 

In addition to the new dealerships, Rau Construction has performed major renovations or additions to nine Wolfe facilities including the following brands: Acura, Chrysler, Dodge Saturn, Honda, and Daewoo; as well as numerous capitol improvements and major maintenance to various dealerships. The interior of the buildings incorporates numerous high tech features. Computer data service is distributed throughout the buildings. Close attention to details and fine workmanship are present throughout the building, but are best exemplified in the millwork and casework making this facility functional and user friendly.  Clean and bright service bays help increase productivity as well as customer satisfaction.

Rau was selected to be part of the "team" prior to the start of design work, and provided in-depth preconstruction services.  This included preliminary budgeting and scheduling, value engineering, assistance in material and system selection, and performance base bidding of mechanical and electrical system.

Each dealership combines high tech retail showroom and sales areas, Large outdoor parking and car display areas as well as the business offices, parts, maintenance and service areas required for one stop shopping of automotive products or services.
