Boulevard recently started producing beer at their new brewhouse capable of making 600,000 barrels of beer a year.  This 70,800 sf structure also houses the company's corporate offices, reception and entertainment areas with full commercial kitchen, shipping and receiving docks, keg line, and the future bottle line. Rau Construction worked with Boulevard for over a year during the preconstruction phase which included working with the Brewery as well as specialty contractors from around the world. Close coordination was required for the design and installation of the brewery equipment and process piping.
