Currently under construction is the renovation of this historic building located at 10^th & Broadway in Kansas City Missouri.  At completion, this building will house 4 stories of premium apartments with parking below the building in the lower level off the alley.   The location of this building at one of the premier intersections in the downtown area requires detailed planning and coordination to facilitate the construction with minimal disruption to the adjacent properties and thoroughfares.   Work involves renovation of the building to meet applicable historic standards for both federal and state tax credits as well as the complete renovation of the structure including all new electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and replacement of the original elevator with a new traction system.
