Hanover Lofts

Completed in June of 2003, Hanover Lofts renovation was completed by Rau Construction Company. Originally this 14 story building was home to the Land Bank in Kansas City and played a prominent roll in the development of Downtown Kansas City Missouri.  The massive vaults are still in the building, one of which now plays host to an apartment's dining room, with the 18" steel vault door still in tact as a focal point.  

Renovation work included all new Mechanical and Electrical Systems as well as work to bring this building up to modern high rise codes including sophisticated fire alarm systems.
