Askew Saddlery Building

Rau Construction Co. performed the complete historic renovation of this 7 story building including new mechanical, electrical, elevator and other systems.  Work included extensive demolition to modify the heavy timber structure and an exhaustive re-build from years of neglect.   Detailed work was required due to the number of new openings in the building while still meeting the requirements to obtain Federal historic tax credits.
