Waltower Lofts

Waltower Lofts was a former upscale office building and housed some of the City's most prominent law firms from the 20's to the 70's. Rau Construction completed in summer 2005 a historic renovation to convert this 12-story "high rise" structure to 50 living units. Work included the detailed restoration of the former ornamental stone and storefront first floor exterior that was lost in earlier renovations. Also included are new historic windows, full mechanical and electrical system replacement as well as structural modifications to accommodate a new full height internal stair tower to serve the building as it's second exit.
