The Builders Exchange building at 612 Central has experienced three uses during its grand life as a home for Kansas City's building community and offices, as a historic hotel and now as condo units. Featured in this project are upscale condominiums, a new club room, outdoor pool and new pool pavilion, fitness room, five story sky lighted atrium as well as top of the line finishes and furnishings per historic guidelines
