This Historic renovation of the former "Sosland" was completed in summer of 2005. The Historic structure was converted to loft apartments with an adjacent "pocket park" to the South. The building is in the City's Library District and includes a fully restored terra cotta and glass front elevation as well as all new systems and elevator.
