Interior finishes on the 15^th & 16^th floors in downtown Kansas City, Missouri were completed while the tenant maintained continuous occupancy in adjacent offices.  Work included the extension of the interior atrium stair through the 16^th floor to the 15^th floor.

Fine craftsmanship and first class millwork highlight the finishes performed by Rau Construction Company .  What is hidden is the complexity in cutting, removing and replacing the building structure of the 16^th floor concrete frame for the new grand staircase.
