Gus Rau Meyer, President, Rau Construction Company Mr. Gus Meyer is the fifth generation of "Rau's" to be involved in the company. Gus is a graduate of Kansas University with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. He has been with Rau since June of 1980 and worked in the field before becoming Project Manager and Chief of Estimating. While Project Manager and Chief of Estimating, Gus was responsible for negotiating and managing construction of over $150,000,000 in new construction. Gus Meyer is a Trustee for the Carpenter's Pension Fund, on the Board of Directors and is Chairman for the Builders Association of Kansas City, on the Board of Directors of the Kansas Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a Trustee of the Kansas Apprenticeship Council. Gus is a past director of the Johnson County Economic Research Institute and the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, and is a past President of the Overland Park Economic Development Council. Gus also serves as the District Chairman for the Trailhead District in the Boy Scouts of America. |

Dan Rau Meyer, Senior Vice President, Rau Construction Company Dan is fifth Generation of family ownership in the company. Dan is a graduate of the University of Kansas with Degrees in Environmental Design from the School of Architecture and Architectural Engineering from the School of Engineering and is experienced in all aspects of construction and has successfully managed construction projects including multi-building office developments and large commercial centers as well as historic renovation. Dan has been with Rau Construction Company Construction since 1983. Dan is on the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Kansas City Chapter of the Associated General Contractors and a Trustee on the Laborer's Health & Welfare Fund and the Laborer's Vacation Fund. |

Ronald B. Anderson, Vice President, Rau Construction Company Ron is the second generation to be involved with Rau Construction, starting out in 1976 as a Journeyman Carpenter, moving up five years later to Project Superintendent, Project Manager and now is Vice President, third in line behind Gus and Dan. Ron is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Ron is experienced in all aspects of construction and has successfully completed projects over $18,000,000 in value. Ron is currently project manager for Rau's project at Compass Corporate Centre. Ron was the project manager for the recently completed projects at Barry Woods Shopping Center and Northpointe at Lakeview Village. Ron was the superintendent who built the signature 11 story Glenwood Place building at 95th & Metcalf and now has been running work as a Project Manager in the office for over 11 years. |

Peter T. Jenks, Project Manager Mr. Jenks' association with Rau Construction Company began over 20 years ago. His current responsibilities include the day to day operation of specific projects including correspondences, relations with Owners, Architect and other design disciplines. He is highly competent in the area of project cost estimating and scheduling, subcontractor relations and negotiations. Mr. Jenks has recently completed nearly 500 units of multi-family historic construction in Kansas City, MO. His responsibilities included close coordination with local authorities and involvement with City sponsored financial participation. He has worked with State and National Historic authorities in coordinating Phase I, II and III submittals for historic tax credit purposes. Mr. Jenks has construction management experience in both the commercial and hospitality industry. He has managed and directed design, construction and budgetary phases of hotels and mixed use facilities ranging up to $100,000,000. |

Mark A. Rocklage, Project Manager Mark has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Avila College in Kansas City, MO. Mark is experienced in all aspects of construction and has successfully completed projects totaling than 5,000,000 square feet throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area over the last fifteen years. Mark has gained experience through major general contracting firms and a large real estate development company. Mark has been associated with Rau Construction Company for 15 years. Mark has been involved in such projects as Sprint Corporate Headquarters building on Ward Parkway and American Academy of Family Physicians World Headquarters building in Leawood, KS. He has completed major projects with such companies as Xerox, Aetna Insurance and Sprint. |

Stacy McIntyre, Project Manager As Project Manager for Rau Construction Company Stacy has successfully completed major projects including Atriums at Soho West and Atriums East. Stacy has been involved in the Kansas City construction community for 24 years. Prior to coming to Rau Construction Company, Stacy has been a Journeyman Carpenter, Superintendent and Project Manager working on some of Kansas City's premier projects. With his construction management training and years of on site experience, Stacy brings a wealth of construction knowledge, and estimating precision to every project insuring its success.
