Rau Construction Company makes safety its top priority. Period.

This begins with a safety book and training that each new employee receives their first day on the job and continues with weekly 'tool box talks'. Clean safe job sites are maintained at all times.

Rau Construction's attention to safety has been rewarded numerous times. For the fourth year, Rau was commended by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) for Zero Incidence Rate for our work class.

Rau has also been accepted in to the OSHA Build Safe Partnership, a unique arrangement where a General Contractor partners with Builders Association Safety and OSHA in a commitment to safety.  This long and detailed process has been completed by only a handful of the most successful safety programs in our region.

Our philosophy is directly reflected with high productivity and work place moral. Management, as well as employees are continually reviewing methods of construction looking for ways to make the work place safer.
